Grand Opening of Lifeline’s Medical Clinic

• Open-house format
• 2:00 p.m. — Program and ribbon cutting
• 2:30-4:00 p.m. — Tours of the medical clinic and entire center (includes light refreshments)

Often conducted Mother's Day to Father's Day.

Individuals, families, churches and businesses fill as many baby bottles as they can with coins, cash, or checks. If you are interested in participating, complete the form below, and we will provide the bottles you need.
